Abstracts

Guidelines for abstract preparation:

Deadline for abstract submission: 31 July 2026

Each submission must include:

Title of the paper in Polish and English
Full names of all authors/presenters
Full name(s) of the authors’ affiliated institution(s)
Abstract in both Polish and English
Please provide full names of authors and institutions. Abbreviations should not be used.

The abstract should be structured as follows:

Introduction
Material and Methods
Results
Conclusions
The abstract text must not exceed one A4 page (font: Times New Roman, 11 pt). Please do not include tables, figures, or photographs in the abstract.

For the Student Session, please include the names of the supervisors alongside the authors’ names.

The abstract should contain between 580 and 2500 characters, including spaces. Please ensure that the entire text has been entered correctly.

All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Abstracts that do not comply with the editorial and scientific requirements, or that are submitted after the deadline, will not be accepted for presentation during the conference.

Abstracts should be submitted via the Conference website using the abstract submission form available at:

The deadline for abstract submission is 31 July 2026. Authors will be notified of the acceptance decision by 20 August 2026.

Presentation of an accepted paper is conditional upon registration for the conference and payment of the registration fee.

IMPORTANT: The person submitting the abstract will automatically be designated as the corresponding author.
