Dr. Teresa Gniewek is a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and Assistant Professor at the Department of Physical Medicine and Biological Regeneration of the Bronisław Czech University of Physical Education in Kraków. She is a specialist in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and manual therapy and graduated in Motor Rehabilitation from the University of Physical Education in Kraków. Her academic, research, and educational activities focus on functional physiotherapy and myofascial therapy. Her professional interests include movement biomechanics, postural disorders, lower limb asymmetry, and the effectiveness of manual therapy techniques in adults. Dr. Gniewek is the author and co-author of scientific publications on manual therapy, core stability, and functional rehabilitation. For many years, she has conducted courses and workshops for physiotherapists, combining clinical experience with academic practice. In her professional work, she integrates physiotherapeutic approaches with elements of occupational therapy, emphasizing the importance of functional and individually tailored patient care. She is a member of the Polish Society of Physiotherapy and the Polish Rehabilitation Society.
